Стаття присвячена проблемі підбору оптимальних умов для визначення проліферативної функ-ції кровотворних клітин-попередників поза організмом у штучних умовах культурального середовища in vitro. Проводиться також порівняльний аналіз кількісного вмісту мононуклеарів, CD34+-клітин і клітин-попередниківу трансплантаті та визначається ефективність клонування клітин-попередників у деконсервованому кістковому мозку в порівнянні з нативним.
This article is devoted to theproblem of optimal conditions fitting used for evaluation of proliferating function of heamopoietic progenitor cells outside the organism under artificial conditions of cultural medium in vitro. The article also considers carrying out of the comparative analysis of quantitative contents of mononuclear cells, CD34+-cells and progenitor cells in transplantate, and cloning efficiency determination of progenitor cells from unfrozen bone marrow in comparison with native bone marrow.
