В історії чесько-українських стосунків є чимало «білих плям». Однією з них можна
вважати історію взаємин між першою Чехословацькою Республікою та Українською Соціалістичною
Радянською Республікою на початку 20-x pp. XX cm. Ha основі аналізу вітчизняної
та зарубіжної історичної літератури, а також архівних джерел у статті досліджено
головні риси взаємин між обома державами протягом 1921 p., особливу увагу приділено
причинам, що їх обумовлювали, та, чи не вперше у вітчизняній історіографії, досліджено
історію обміну репатріаційними і торговельними місіями між ЧСР і УСРР та подано детальну
характеристику особливостей їхньої діяльності.
In the history of Czech-Ukrainian relations there are many unknown topics. One of them is the history
of relation between the first Czechoslovak Republic and Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic at early 20s of
XX century. On the basis of analysis of national and foreign historic literature and also archive sources the
author described main features of relations between both countries during 1921 with particular attention
given to their causes. This work is one of the first attempts to track the history of the exchange of repatriate
and trade missions by Czechoslovak Republic and Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic with detailed
characteristic of the features of their activity.
