Самореалізація творчого потенціалу людини: акмеологічний підхід

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі акмеїчності у процесі реалізації творчого потенціалу соціального суб’єкта. Це спроба розглянути людину в акмеології як суб’єкта життєдіяльності, здатного до саморозвитку, самоорганізації свого життя й професійної діяльності. Висвітлено методологію акмеології як пошук процесів досягнення людиною вершин в особистісному і професійному розвитку.

The article analyzes acmeism as a feature of the peak in the realization of the creative potential of a social subject. This attempt is to consider a person in acmeology as a subject of life, capable of self-development, self-organization of his life and professional activity. The central object of acmeological research in the article is the social subject as integral phenomenon at the stage of its maturity, which is included in all the diversity of real connections and relations. The methodology of acmeology as the search for processes of human achievement of the peaks in personal and professional development is highlighted. The object of acmeology is defined as the science of regularities, conditions, factors, and incentives for the self-realization of the creative potential of a person, the ways of developing creative readiness for future activity, achievement of the peaks of life and professional activity at different stages of the life path. The systematization of theoretical and instrumental-practical methods of acmeological research is done. Leading methodological categories formed in the framework of the acmeological approach are worked out in details.
