adaptation of women to the maternity status, which negatively affects the childbirth and newborns. Correction
adjustment disorder induced a wide range of psychological, psychotherapeutic, and psychopharmacological
aids.
Given the specificity of our question in this area, the leading works on the family are by M. Avdyeyeva,
M. Boyko V. Brutman, the psychology of motherhood by T. Guryanov, of psychological correction and rehabilitation
of pregnant women and mothers by T. Znamenska, of education of women who gave birth to premature
babies by N. Zavhorodna.
The aim of our research is the study of some psychological approaches and personal factors that influence
childbirth of women who gave birth to a premature baby.
Of particular interest is the impact on the psycho-emotional state of a woman having a baby born prematurely
and the definition of personal characteristics that are considered as stressful factors affecting the status
of women after childbirth. We have identified the most common response of mothers of premature babies –
feeling of guilt and -- picked the methods of psychotherapy for them.
According to Y. Belinska an important step in this regard is to help a woman on responsibility or awareness
of it, but it is only after she dismissed the idea that responsibility involves guilt. The guilt requires punishment,
because she will feel depressed. It is this situation that requires timely appropriate psychotherapeutic
interventions.
We examined the therapeutic approaches such as Gestalt method of audio-visual stimulation, as Beck
scale use, and Spilberg scale.
