Метаморфози міфологічного

Abstract

Міф є феноменом людської свідомості й універсальною (на межі реального та ірреального) формою опанування дійсності, що реалізується через систему символів, образів, ритуалів. Однак цим визначенням зміст поняття не вичерпується, породжуючи "конфлікт інтерпретацій". У пропонованій статті зазначено координати міфологічних уявлень у колективному несвідомому, всебічно проаналізовано концепт "міф" та надано його диференціацію: архаїчний міф, історичний міф, політичний міф. Особливу увагу зосереджено на анатомії політичного міфу, що поділяється на фундаментальний і технологічний. У дослідженні простежено взаємозв’язок міфу з ідеологією. Показано, що міф не лише не втратив своєї актуальності у сучасному світі, а й отримав нові імпульси, які здатні стати сенсоутворюючими у певних видах соціальної комунікації та ідентифікації. Обґрунтовано поняття псевдоміф (імітаційний міф), яке пов’язано із медіа-продукцією, що задіяна у політичній міфології через імітацію реальності шляхом маніпулятивної добірки подій та сенсацій.

Myth is a phenomenon of people’s mind and a universal (on the edge of real and unreal) form to embrace reality which turns into the system of symbols, images, rituals, and ceremonies. However, this definition is far too short for the sense of concept, and it leads to the "interpretation conflict". The article defines the coordinates of mythological representations in the common subconscious, fully analyzes the concept of "myth", and gives its differentiation: archaic myth, historical myth, and political myth. A special attention goes to anatomy of the political myth which is divided into fundamental and ideological ones. The research traces the connection between myth and ideology. Ideology is a political myth (or their private combination) within political and mythological space of society, and this myth got sanction from a political institute, or it is a researcher’s artificial construct which defines some mythological representations as ideas historically circulating in the society’s mind. It is shown that myth not only preserves its topicality in the modern world but also gets new impulses which can become sense makers in some types of social communication and identification. The definition of pseudomyth (imitational myth) is established; it is connected with media products which take part in political mythology through imitation of reality by manipulative selection of events and sensations.
