Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню функцій орудного тавтологічного в сучасній українській мові у плані виявлення особливостей його лексичної і граматичної семантики та синтаксичних функцій у мовленнєвих побудовах.
Description
In the article stable word combinations with tautological instrumental case, features of their lexical and grammatical semantics and functioning in the modern Ukrainian language are explored. Combinations of verbs with ablative noun forms of the same root (like бігти бігом, ридма ридати) are analyzed. They have been changed and at present operate as phraseological turnovers which lost object meaning and replace it with function of adverbial characteristics of predicate verb — strengthening of action. Object meaning can be saved to some extent by application of attribution component to the tautological combination.
On the basis of these structures secondary models for qualitative action characteristics expressing are formed. Tautological contamination of nouns cases forms is observed in models of word combinations as special syntactic kinds of nomination that express the intensity as a positive or negative characteristics of a person or an object. Stable word combinations of various models as exponents of categorial semantics of strengthening, intensifying of a feature reflect the focus on the typeforming in comprehension of communicative situations and speaker’s pragmatic goal: the affective (emotional and expressive) aspect is added to the speech — content orientation on the recipient/
