Abstract
In his articles the author observes problematic issues of formation of civil
society in Ukraine in the light of legal sphere development concerning
development of legal activity which is taking place in the forms of legal
practical and legal educational activity. Attention is paid to the role of moral
factor in legal activity.
Special concerns and perspectives of reformation of court system, advocacy
as well as the legal education system in Ukraine is being analysed.
