Abstract
It is proposed to use nerve-muscular apparatus of experimental animals as sensitive indicator of chemical and physical environmental factors influence on an organism. The method is based on non-direct stimulation of nerve-muscular apparatus in situ within uniform computer program. Test duration — 10 minutes. Computer conducting experiment allows to uniform investigation and run correct statistical processing of obtained results. Examples of muscle work capacity after influence of ionizing radiation and after acetate plumbum effect are given in the article.
