Abstract:
У статті наводяться перші для Овруцького кряжу палінологічні характеристики зразків з куль -
турних шарів середньовічного поселення Городець (Овруцький р-н, Житомирська обл.). На їх основі
проведено попередню реконструкцію картини рослинного покриву на поселенні та на прилеглих
до нього територіях. За палінологічними матеріалами визначено ступінь та характер впливу на
природну рослинність антропогенного фактора (друга половина XIII — початок XIV ст. н. е.).
Description:
This article presents first palynological characteristics of the samples taken from
the cultural layers of medieval settlement Gorodets (Ovruch district, Zjitomyr region).
Preliminary reconstruction of the vegetational cover on the settlement and ajoining
territory was carried out. Basing on the palynological data there were specified degree
and nature of the human activity influence on the natural vegetation (second part of
XII — beginning of the XIV centuries AD).
