Abstract
The results of research of activity of Na+ , iC-ATPase and speed of Na+ /Сa2+-exchange with taking into account the character of changes of structural and functional state of plasma membranes of cardiomyocytes on the condition of experimental stress and atherosclerosis in this article are given. There are arranged that lipid matrix of plasma membranes of cardiomyocytes returns of stereotyped reaction for the pathological influences — hypercholesterolemia and stress (increase of content of cholesterol, decrease of phospholipids, accumulation of lisophospholipids, fatty acid and activation of free-radical peroxidation). There are demonstrated that these quantitative and qualitative modifications of lipid matrix of plasma membranes of cardiomyocytes are accompanied by breaches of functioning of Na+ , K+ -ATPase and Na+ /Ca2Jf-exchanger. All of these changes can make for breaches of electrical and contractive properties of cardiomyocytes There are also arranged that the influence of products of peroxidation of fatty acids (the surplus of these products generates on the condition of pathology) on the enzyme can be the one of the important mechanism of oppression of activity of Na+ , K+ ATPase.
