Стаття присвячена проблемі гарантування національної безпеки з точки зору міжнародного права. Розглядається проблема участі України та її стратегічних партнерів - Росії та США в системі міжнародних договорів по контролю над озброєннями, адаптації цих договорів у новій геополітичній ситуації з урахуванням національних інтересів України.

This article is devoted to the problem of National Security guarantees according
to International Law. The problem of participation of Ukraine and its strategic
partners — Russia and USA in Arms Control International Treaties system, ajustment
of the Arms Control Treaties in the new geopolitical situation is analised. The article
provides International legal analisys and the possible alternatives of Ukraine’s
participation in International Treaties.
