Abstract
У статті проаналізовано спосіб оформлення пояснювальних семантико-синтаксичних
відношень на рівні простого і складного речень та приєднувальних конструкцій. Установлено,
що граматичне значення пояснення послідовно співвідносне з підрядним типом синтаксичного
зв’язку, головно з його опосередкованим виявом.
Description
The article analyzes the way of arrangement of explanatory meaning on the levels of simple and complex
sentences and connecting structures. It is proved that the grammatical meaning of explanation consistently
correlates with hypotaxis, mainly with its indirect expression.
The meaning of explanation in Ukrainian is consistently executed with the help of subordinate type of
syntactic connection, because of the functional similarity but “unequality” of two parts of explanative
constructions. Analyzed constructions are always derivative. Derivation of explanation is forced by the
formal elimination of sentences of equality, the explanatory component always complicates a simple
sentence at the both levels: of semantic (because of establishment of additional predicative relations between
explainable and explanatory constituents) and formally-grammatical structure (explanatory part is the
separated part of sentence). At the level of simple sentence, an explanatory component is connected with a
predicative center with the help of the indirect subordinate connection and in the complex sentence
connection of explainable and explanatory components is realized in two varieties – the explanatory
component may distribute only one part of the previous predicative part or be predefined by the structure of
the whole explainable constituent. In both simple and complex sentences, the connection between explainable
and explanatory components always has the mediated character and it is determined by three components:
the main part subordinates explainable parts and the last one subordinates explanatory part. The indirect
determinant or word kind of connection characterized the syntactic status of explainable in a general
structure of sentence.
