Abstract
У статті обгрунтовано необхідність запровадження незалежної адміністративної юстиції в
Україні. Автор стверджує, що тільки незалежні адміністративні суди можуть відіграти особливу
роль у формуванні демократичної, соціальної, правової держави, яка керується конституційними
принципами, а утвердження забезпечення прав і свобод людини є головним обов 'язком держави.
Description
One of the basic criteria to assess efficiency of organization and operation of state power, its branches
is, prima facie, level of recovery of public needs and interests of real-live individuals.
Free and effective application of vested human rights and freedoms that is an axiom of present-day
civilized process, is a key line for democratic society and law-governed state. In systems reorganization
of Ukrainian society human rights should be the principal object of metamorphoses, aimed to put profound
changes into relationship between state and person.
Nothing but independent administrative courts can play an especial role in building up democratic,
social, law-governed state which is guided by constitutional principles and whose principal duty is to
ensure human rights and freedoms.
