dc.description	In the article the author considers the problem of the prosocial behavior and the possibilities of the individual professional success's prediction, that is based on the knowledge about the prosocial behavior. There is analyzed the theoretical models of prosocial behavior: the theory of social exchange, the theory of social standards and the theory of altruism. The author deals with the different empiric researches of prosocial behavior that generalized to such points: who, whom and when could help. Individual features that differ altruistic behavior and the success in the social professions could be studied by the eventual groups of the lifetime. The eventual groups are the little groups consisting of the persons (who know each other both well and badly) that assist to prepare and realize the events of person's life. The main conclusion of the empiric searches is to form the eventual groups, to plan and to comprehend the vital outlook. In the article the author gives instructions how to appreciate the prosocial individual dispositions by studying of the eventual groups.	en
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглядається проблема просоціальної поведінки і можливості передбачення професійного успіху особи на основі знання про її просоціальну поведінку. Проведене дослідження показало, що просоціальні диспозиції можуть розглядатись як стабільні детермінанти професійного успіху для багатьох типів професійної діяльності. В роботі даються вказівки на те, як можна оцінити просоціальні диспозиції особистості, вивча ючи подієві групи.	uk
